How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of all your personal data from Insulin Calculator Bot. This includes:

• Your phone number
• Message history
• Stored insulin ratios and settings
• All calculation history

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please:

1. Send an email to privacy@bscanned.com
2. Include the phone number associated with your account
3. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Insulin Calculator Bot"

We will process your request within 30 days and send you confirmation once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• All your personalized settings will be removed
• Your message history will be permanently erased
• You can still use the service, but will need to set up your ratios again

Facebook/Instagram Data

If you connected with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also manage your data through:

• Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove access
• Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
